PrescribeIT® Notifications from the Patient Profile

When a patient is synchronized with PrescribeIT®, a notification will appear on the Patient Profile tab when there is a new PrescribeIT® transaction to be processed.

Selecting the notification will open the To Do tab on the PrescribeIT® Message Manager.

To fill a PrescribeIT® prescription from the Patient Profile tab:

  1. Search for the patient's record.
  2. Select the Profile tab. A notification will display at the bottom.

  3. Select the notification to open the PrescribeIT® Message Manager.
  4. Process the new transaction. To learn more, see Processing a New Rx Request.

Note: The PrescribeIT® notification will be only be available in the Profile tab if the patient is synchronized.
